If it is possible to disable them be sure to do so. Since captured data is stored on servers all over the globe, you never know where your information will end up.

The best chance of privacy protection is to practice safe computing. Avoid posting every detail of your life online as the first step. Learning and following the rules for online safety are essential if privacy is important to you.
